I'm not in 0.0 but have a question about it and the sov changes. On the day of the change will all current systems under Sov control suddenly be open to be taken by anyone? or will it be a semi subtle phase in?

Quick Question, If we place a bet on team #19 and they pull out and get replaced by another team, does our bet stay on whoever takes their place or is it lost? Note: #19 Diaster Factor has been replaced by AAA.

I'm looking at fitting medium artys to a domination tower. With the bonuses from the tower the artys have a optimal range of 420km, one problem I think there might be, the activation range is only 330km. Is this right or does the activation range ...
